A BATHING APE offers a return window of 14 days from the date of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags and BAPE packaging intact. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and hygiene-sensitive items may be final sale.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your account portal or guest order page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original BAPE dust bags and boxes, ensuring all authenticity tags remain attached and the RMA form is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team verifies the condition of the returned streetwear, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
